It was right on Waikiki, which was great. We could just walk to the beach. Also, the breakfast and valet service were a fantastic added value. Staff was friendly and helpful. I loved it

The air condition was much too small for the room and very uncomfortable during the day, with the bright sun shining through the windows.

It looks like the average room on the website. Everything is old, cheap comforters, no bathroom fan. Great balcony!

We enjoyed our time there and found the staff very friendly. We would stay again because of that. It is in a good location close to the park and beach. The internet and elevator problems do need some work, and updating the run down and old rooms and furnishings.
