I really enjoyed my visit at the Hoover location. Everyone was so attentive making sure I was being taken care of. N Dr McDonald was really really good with my procedure. I told him what I wanted with my lip ejections n that’s what I received. My lips r looking great. Thanks Dr McDonald.

The Dr. and a staff were very nice and professional. I didn’t have to waif for a long time to get Botox and the facility was clean and comfortable!

I have nothing but good things to say about my visit. Dr. Posey was professional, informative, and happy. I didnt catch the nice lady's name that assisted him but she was quite lovely. My appointment was at 10am which I arrived a lil early for my appointment to fill out paperwork. They were very punctual getting me into a room and getting me ready for my procedure. I highly recommend this office due to excellent customer service, cleanliness, professionalism, and just happy all around office to be in.
