The massage was terrible. Please find a new masseuse. The pedicure was also substandard.

I had a wonderful relaxing massage and facial. It was my first time at the Sylk Spa & Salon and I definitely would go again. Diann was wonderful !!!!!

Difficult to reach and hear back from. Facial/ Microderm. experience less than expected. Less intensity/ depth than expected as compared to Multiple Microderm's I have had at Greenhouse, Ross Bridge and other Spa's throughout the country.

I paid for a 45 minute microderm abraision treatment, and I was done in 15 minutes. At a spa, I want to relax and be pampered. The treatment was great, but I left feeling like I had been rushed the whole time I was there. It wasn't relaxing at all.
