The technician was very good. The waxing was not painful, and she really seemed to be meticulous. The salon is very clean.

Appointments are a good idea - they are very busy

The staff speak in the native language while working on customers nails. I find this exceedingly rude. What ever happened to customer service? I think this is an essential part of customer service. They also change staff midway through the mani and the pedi. I had three staff change at random and saw the same for other clients. This makes it feel dehumanizing and like an assembly line. Their nail and massage work is very good but the other factors outweigh the technical ones of me, and make me disinclined to go back. I think they need this feedback from their customers. The stfaf's proficiency in English will only develop if they speak the language.

Did both services at the same time. The woman doing my manicure was in such a rush it stressed me out. I was trying to relax after a long week of work. Not relaxing at all.

Not relaxing. There was a sign above that said "quite zone.no cells phones" and the women who were working were talking so loud. did not feel special, just felt like another customer.

Very disappointed. Rushed through the service. Service provided not as advertised. Service techs speak to other employees in their native tongue. Completely unprofessional! Will never go back here again.
