About HealthPoint Community Acupuncture

Lauren Cunha turned to acupuncture to treat digestive troubles in her early 20s. The success she experienced with the effective, low-cost health-care method guided Lauren to attend acupuncture school and, later, offer her services on a sliding scale to broaden the community's access to the treatment. Now a licensed acupuncturist, she helps patients suffering from digestive issues, migraines, insomnia, fatigue, and TMJ. She offers treatments in a group setting, where comfortable recliners are situated near one another so friends or family can receive acupuncture at the same appointment and be close enough to pass the time with a thumb-war tournament.
