Unprofessional! Late by 2 hours and I specified that they HAD to be there by noon or I couldn't do the carpet that day! Was told they would move my furniture and they did not! Then they dumped the dirty, dog hair filled water on my driveway!!!

I did not appreciate the up charge for stains in the carpet. Would have expected that to be part of the deal. It doubled the original price.
