Elite is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone.

They did the service yesterday, called in advance to let me know they were running a little late. Arrived and did the cleaning quick and efficiently. I will use them again when needed and feel comfortable recommending them.

Services rendered were not as advertised. Nour, the owner said he realized this and would refund me but never did. I will be adding the review to Google and Yelp.

The work they did was not satisfactory, especially at the $70 rate I paid. I bought the 5 rooms/hallway carpet cleaning service. We only have 4 bedrooms but I was ok paying for it, assuming it would be done well. They brought a hand held machine you plug into a wall upstairs and proceeded to clean all 4 bedrooms and the hall in less than 20 minutes. There are still stains on the floor; it only looks a little bit cleaner, not like a professional service came to the house. I'm very disappointed. I told the man who cleaned it that it isn't his fault - which I don't think it is - he was very nice (altho over an hour late). But, had I known it wasn't a "steam cleaning service" I wouldn't do it.

The service was horrible!! I will never use this service again. My window for them to come clean my carpet was from 9-11am. They didn't show up until 1:30pm which messed up my entire day. My carpet looked dingy and unclean and the smell was horrible. This was an extremely bad experience!

The add does not state you need a voucher for each unit. I only found that out after the technician told me that. Any extra service you may need is extremely high. Might be a setup to get extra money. Worker do what what they do without asking if it's ok to get on your bed to reach a vent.
