The massage experience with Cassie was professionally done, pleasant, & very relaxing. The office operations seemed a bit haphazard & uncoordinated to me. For example, when the client before me asked for same change to a $20 bill, massage therapist George had to make change out of his own pocket. The same thing happened with me when I needed change to tip my therapist. Seems to me financial transactions should not be made from a central office. Had George not been able to make change, no tips could have happened that day.
We really enjoyed the massages, but we were disappointed not to be offered the chocolate covered strawberries and champagne or wine that the offer said were included with a massage for two.
I had to reschedule my first appointment. Contacting personnel was a bit difficult. When contact was made the person seemed confused about what I wanted. All worked out and the massage was great.

Massages were fine, but I have been unable to make appt for final massage because they don't answer phone or return calls!
My swedish massage was terrible and really cased me pain and suffering. The massage was a real workover, more like a very deep tissue or sports massage. My back was actually bruised my face had large marks that took several hours to go away due to the intense pushing on my back.
Great therapists .. But the facility itself needs cleanup. Candy wrappers all over floor. Dirty linens from previous clients could be seen in waiting room. It looked like a sleazy hotel room "wanna be" massage parlor. My guy got way too close to my privates .. Made me very uncomfortable. And I'm very used to getting massages. Will not go back. My husband was with me and his therapist was very professional. Both were male therapists.
they were non-responsive in terms of taking appointments, they had power problems (no AC when it was hot, broken heat when it was cold). Overall, bad experience for a spa!
If you hadn’t called me 2 hours before my appointments (2 different ones) and canceled them or just not be open when I showed up for another appointment I might have talked to my friends saying good things. That’s not going to happen now…
I paid for an hour and got 45 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my schedule 5:00 appointment and waited for a couple to come out, the my masseuse took a phone call to schedule another customer so another masseuse set me up. My the time she got in there it was 5:15. I assumed she would massage until 6:15 since that would be an hour but when she finished and I looked at the clock she had stopped at 6:00 giving me only 3/4 of what I paid for. I wonder if I get 1/4 of my money back? Terrible and unprofessional.
