Air Tech installed my American Standard a/c in 2012 and all subsequent calls. Always prompt, courteous and efficient..answering any questions. Two of my neighbor's are customers as well..Would definitely recommend. I might add that the tech arrived the same day I called.. Actually early !

The technician was friendly, very thorough and knowledgeable on working on the AC unit's issue. It turned out to be a AC disconnect fuse box power issue where the old unit needed replacing. She then placed a call to her company to have technicians come out to fix the issue. The electrician actually came out with another AC technician to ensure the AC unit was indeed working, once he got the power working. Great teamwork and fast solution.

Air Tech was very responsive and easy to schedule. The appointment took much longer than anticipated; however, the technician was friendly and respectful, and cognizant of the fact she was in our home.

Terrible! Zero stars! They came out for the tune up, added some freon, let me know that the system was leaking, the compressor was broke, some valves or something were shot, and only solution was to buy complete new A/C system for $6,000 (from them). Had another company come out a month ago and the A/C blowing cold air ever since!
