They were slow about picking you up from the airport but other than that. Was nice.

We loved the service provided and the park location. We will definitely use Airpark IAH for any future parking while taking flights. The covered parking is wonderful and gives a lot more coverage than any other facility in the area.

Everyone from the entry gate lady, the drives and the guy at the exit were very nice and friendly. What a great beginning and end to our holiday. Just make sure you remember to call them to come pick you up at the airport. That was the only strange thing I thought you had to do, since you have to tell them in the beginning the date and time of your departure and arrival back.

Our only issue was that they did not wash our car while we were gone like the deal stated. Other than that it was a good experience.
