It was a little of a pain in the "rear" to have to take the extra step of having to go to their website , submit info, and then wait a couple days to get the wash codes.

Allow easier access for guests to redeem their coupons and inform employees of such coupons and how to deal/use the coupon.

I would not recommend them. I purchased this and still have not recieved my coupon codes. I have done everything that they have asked! Horrible way to do business! Offer something, take my money and then not allow me to use it!!!

I took 4 requests before we ever got the codes for the car wash. The car wash was okay, but you have to do your own vacuuming.
