No appointments needed- very courteous

When I scheduled the appointment, I was told it would take 45 min. to an hour to repair my phone. I showed up on-time, but I wasn't able to leave with my phone until almost two hours later, making me significantly late to my next commitment. Apart from that, however, the service was great. They let me know ahead of time that because of the nature of the crack, the earpiece might also have to be replaced and that it would cost $20 if it was. They didn't end up needing to replace it, but I appreciated that they were upfront about it. And now the screen looks like new!

I took my iPad to have the screen replaced. They did that, but somehow turned the screen a pinkish hue. When I asked them about it, they said they weren't responsible for any damage they cause. Outrageous! I would never recommend this place.

Screen repair work was shoddy. Epoxy is uneven, light bleed, and lines are visible.

I believe the same quality screen should be applied when replacing the iPad screens. I immediately put my iPad in a protector after being fixed, stuck that in my purse, and the next day there were cracks along the perimeter and one crack across. This would have never happened with the original screen.

Classic bait-and-switch operation, plus cheap parts that failed within hours. I can't imagine what sort of hassle their 30-day guarantee involves.

Voucher states to call and make appt. Called to make appt but was told to just walk in. Walked in and was told appt required. LCD repair is not included and is EXPENSIVE. Huge rip-off. Replacement glass is poorer quality than original. AVOID!

Had to take my phone back to them twice times already. Both times the sensor for the touch screen was off and causing heavy delay. When I went back, that was when they decided to tell me this is a common and expected issue. Would not recommend

They are crooks. I need someone from your office to call me at 832 493 6309. I need a refund.
