They are busy. If you can't drop off then be prepared to spend about an hour there. I wished I would have brought a book. Great service though.

There was an additional fee added, which they have you sign a waiver noting if anything goes wrong during the repair I was responsible for the additional cost. Overall the total cost was not a savings. yhere has been a goowie residue oozing out.

Left my phone at 10am, when the store opened. Was told that it would be ready at 12 or 1. Arrived at 12:45 to pick it up. It was not ready. I sat in the waiting area until 3:45. 3 hours. 5 hours of my day was wasted. Then my sim card was not workin

I will preface this by saying that I have 15 years IT experience and can strip an iPhone bare. This business was some of the most unprofessional and incompetent people with whom I have ever done business. The first time they tried to repair the phone, they installed a defective digitizer which they incorrectly bonded to the LCD. The second time they attempted to repair the phone, they again incorrectly bonded the digitizer to the LCD. Additionally, the work they did in the second repair attempt damaged the LCD. They then refused to repair the damage that they had done to the phone.

They messed up my home button ! The screen worked better before they fixed it! Now I have to beat my bottom half of the screen just to type !
