On this visit, Lola seemed a little rushed and I was not happy with the coloring and especially thought the haircut was more Fantastic Sam's quality. I am going to have to go have someone redo the cut. She didn't give me the cut I asked for, nor did she give me a mirror to view the job when she was done. Very disappointing from someone I know can do way better.

Thank you so much for the great atmosphere and wonderful people that work there. I love the receptionist and Natalie, the hair stylist. She does an amazing job with color and hair styles (and she is so knowledgeable).
