Not really. The regular rates are quite high so the coupon really is the reason I was able to afford the service.

Whatever cleaning process they used damaged the silk fabric on my dress. The item also wasn't ready on time. Not impressive for a 'fine' cleaners.

For the price, I was unimpressed. My usual place is cheaper and does a better job.
