The Gentle Flow on Sunday at 4:00 was the excellent. Rose is a great instructor and I learned some new information and positions. I feel great.

Pleasant receptionist. Nice facility. Instructor came over to help me with using the yoga bricks to modify the position. Very kind of him as I was new to the class.

Great experience and instructors! I wish they had more prenatal yoga classes on the weekends but I understand that these classes might not be as popular.

Did an evening class at the Washington locations and it was a beautiful practice with an amazing view. So glad that I got this deal!

I have been attending classes at both locations since January. Some instructors have this warming aura other not but all remind you that it is your practice. Will continue to attend. Kudos to all workers.

What a great yoga studio. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff! Love this place! So glad I finally tried it out. You'll love it when you try it too! I recommend it to everyone. Beginners and all level yogi's.
