Adam was just like many American office workers, entirely dependent on but sometimes mystified by his computer. When his machine broke down, he had to go outside the company for help, and despite combing his area for mobile tech services, he never found one he was happy with. From his pain came enlightenment, and he decided to band together with some friends in similar predicaments to create a business that did mobile tech support right.
