I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kapavik and her staff. They were courteous, attentive, and professional. The office was very welcoming and tidy. They all really took the extra time to ensure that I received the best treatment available. Although I initially booked only for the massage, I'm actually going back in one week for an adjustment! I'm really looking forward to that! I'd recommend this office to anyone who is looking for lots of attention and a relaxing experience!

Although the massage was one of the best I have ever it was not 60 minutes. It was more ike 45 minutes.

Doctor downright asked for tips! I thought giving tips was discretionary, even though i always tip, but i found it very tacky and unprofessional when the doctor asked me for tips! I will not be using this place again.

This "service" is really an attempt to gain chiropratic patients. They were to check out my insurance and get back to me but I never heard from them. As I say the massage therapist was excellent but is only available to chiropratic patients and no one followed up on my becoming a patient. This seems like a poor business practice for both Royal Oaks Wellness success and the clients' future with them.

The message was a gift to my sister in law for her birthday. She said the massage was not good; also the massage was only for 45 minutes it was suppose to be for 1 hour.
