Alexis was very thorough in checking out my body,muscle groups, range of motion etc. She was very patient in explaining and repeating instructions.

I bought 3 more because she was great. She explained to me what she was doing, examined my body in an attempt to figure out what is the cause of my pain, she did some body work, gave me home work, what she did made a lot of sense to me and my body.

Alexis knows her stuff! Don’t expect a massage, that is not what this is - it is specific bodywork when you have a body that needs to get back to where it should be.

Alexis is skilled at root causing issues. I was pleasantly surprised by her swift assessment and thorough evaluation. I left optimistic about a solution to help alleviate and maybe even cure my chronic neck and shoulder pain. This is a rare feeling after having seen many other therapists (of a variety of disciplines) and having suffered with this condition for years. I highly recommend arriving early to take advantage of her 15 minute free assessment. She loses a star for not having my record right (knowing who she had for her appointment) and for dealing with another patient's issues (on the phone) instead of reading my profile before I arrived. I filled in my health history the week before so there was no excuse to read it for the first time while I sat in her office. At first, I was annoyed at this lack of professionalism but the results from the appointment far outweighed this slight. I am recommending her to others and will return for follow up care.

Alexis is very professional and helpful. She thoroughly evaluated my physical issues. She determined which muscles weren't firing. Her massage was both relaxing and helpful of reducing pain. I will return.

Not a very good experience. Didn’t work out for me because of the scheduling issues.

Terrible experience, I booked an appt for a massage and she told me she doesn’t even do massage then tried to rub my shoulders but clearly didn’t know what she was doing so I left after 15 min. Would not recommend.
