My partner and I had a wonderful time... Carl was a great instructor and full of knowledge. Unfortunately he's traveling and won't be around to teach the more advanced class. Great experience and date night.

What makes your business stand out?
A personalized, one-on-one instructional experience that teaches any sushi student the truth behind sushi and the very essence of great sushi. We offer a simple and easy-to-understand course on making great sushi at home.
What inspired you to start or run this business?
Typical sushi classes are way too expensive. Even sushi itself can sometimes be too expensive to learn how to make yourself. We wanted to change all that.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
The Sushi 101 classes are designed to be educational but fun and memorable. Everyone leaves the classes with a strong understanding about sushi and will hopefully share the knowledge with friends, family, and co-workers.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
"It was so much fun! It was also so easy and I left so full!"
What’s your favorite part about your job?
I eliminate the misconceptions about sushi and teach people how to make great sushi—one person at a time.

Great time and lots of fun. My son and I did this together and really enjoyed it. Looking for the next level class when he gets back. Didn't believe him when I heard we would be full but I couldn't have eaten another bite. Thanks for a great time Carl.

This class was very informative and well done. The instructor, Carl, was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He was accommodating and responded quickly to emails. The class is worth taking and you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
