We stopped here to burn some time while on layover at HOU. First, it was easy to walk here from the airport, takes about 30 minutes. While we arrived close to their closing time, the very friendly staff gave us access to the interior of the Starliner, indoor exhibits, and answered our questions. The unique architecture of the terminal was also interesting to see. I highly recommend this museum for its perspective on the beginnings of commercial air travel.

An amazing experience. The most underrated museum in Texas hands down. You won’t be disappointed for the price this is so worth it.

My son says he would give it 10 stars. Friendly and knowledgeable volunteers run the facility and provide lots of awesome information. I highly recommend it.

I had a great time at this place. My family enjoyed the tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about early aviation in Houston.
