Great deal, professional service, clean salon!

The salon was just getting ready for a major renovation when I was there. Staff is very friendly and I can't wait to see what the place looks like after the renovation.

The staff there were very nice and she did a thorough job on my nails.

My microdermabrasion was very, very brief with no facial afterwards. Compared to the one I had in Tampa, it was not worth the trip. The Tampa place was lovely and the ambience was restful. The young woman who treated me took time to discuss my skin and what she would be doing and wrapped me in a warm blanket with soft music and relaxing lighting. The facial after the treatment was wonderful and I never felt rushed whatsoever. I will return there.

The pedicure was not what I was expecting, they had the massaging chair that I sat in but it was not turn on. They carried a portable foot massager from the back that had water in it. Then placed it into the opening of the foot bath of the chair. I was told that this was for sanitary purpose. I personally think the chair was broke, that just sounded like a good excuse for the customer to hear. Everyone was very nice to me, but it totaly was not what I had in mindexpected.

The nail tech was not organized it was the worst pedi and mani I have had. Do not feel like the service was very good.

VERY mediocre pedicure and lousy manicure.

ALL MY POLISH CAME OFF MY HANDS BY THE NEXT DAY MY I GOT 3 DAYS OUT OF MY TOES THE OWNER TELLS YOU THINGS THAT ARE NOT TRUE JUST NOT GOOD ALL AROUND
