They did a fantastic job at our house. We have a cat and she was really scared and they kept checking on her. We were shown photos of our vents before they cleaned them.Would definitely recommend.

After some miscommunication over scheduling, Dan was finally able to get me on the calendar. I purchased a capes cod house that had very dirty vents and was pleased to finally get them all cleaned out. Dan was in and out in about an hour.

Fast-Friendly-First-Rate - wonderful experience at such a discounted price. Chuck from Clean Air called to confirm the appointment and gave me the 10-12 time frame. Guess who showed up about 10:30? Chuck! They were short-handed so he was flying solo. You would not think that it mattered as he was completely efficient and did not even seem to break a sweat.Upstairs, down the basement, inside, outside - he was everywhere. We did a walk-thru of the house and all the vents and cold air intakes. We ended up in the basement where he explained the whole process, which was very easy to follow. He alerted me to every single thing that he would have to do to the home. He assured me that vents and covers would go back on and it would not look any different. There were multiple steps involved and he took his time, moving from one room to the next. Trust me, Clean Air America is not a duct cleaning scam. Chuck cleaned from top to bottom with hoses running everywhere - they mean business. After he left, I realized that he did not leave a trace of dirt/debris/etc. behind. He had laid drop cloths down. Super impressed with Chuck and Clean Air America. He also took pictures with his phone to show me before and after and invited me to do the same. Again, super impressed.
