My experience so far has not been flawless, but I am satisfied overall. The manager, Mary Ann, is welcoming and professional (the rest of the staff varies). There is a bit of a "hard sell" of products, but when I hesitate, they back off. The center opened 35 minutes late one Monday morning, but the employee did apoligize. The diet is hard for me to follow, but that's why I need support. I believe that this is a healthy approach to weight loss, and would recommend it to others.

I enjoyed the visit and the consultation. I did not enjoy the fact that the facility tried to sale the program to you right off before I had the opportunity to try it. Allow your clients to try the program to see if it is a good fit for you before you try to sell the program. Better results this way.

I have lost 7 1/2 pounds in the first 5-6 days and am eating a lot of food. I have just paid for the next 6 weeks with them.
