It would have been nice if the franchise stores would have honored the coupon. I had to drive past two closer locations to get to the corporate store which was sort of a pain but we did it. Thank you for the good deal on the tire.

The cleveland store looked empty and understaffed. Selection was poor and the customer service was also underpar.

phone calls were more important than me standing in the lobby. Which took 5 minutes for someone to even come to the lobby.

Horrible service. They forgot to replace oil once and didn't put enough another time. Very unsatisfied with service. I will never go back or recommend anyone I know to go there.
