Fabulous!! Very organized, trainers are professional and know they're craft! They train with patience and with full support. Routines are always fresh and frisky! I'm learning alot!

My daughter and her best friend are having a ball! They love it! To go to the gym, they have to get motivated, but they are so excited to go to these classes. Such fun and a great workout!!!!!

Loove this place! was hooked from my very first class. I am now a member and so looking forward to my new pole journey. All the instructors I’ve taken classes with (Jordan, Katie, and Jessica) have been amazing!!
