The entrees I've had at Baci have been delicious, the service was good and the price was very reasonable. Overall i highly recommend!

Really good polenta. I like their Chianti, too. My wife was glad that the nice lady who calls her "Honey" wasn't there; still, the waiter could've been more friendly, or at least shown a tad of solicitude. I really like their food. The atmosphere is pleasant, too. We eat at Baci's about 3 or 4 times a year, and always like the meals. They're not cheap, but they're tasty.

Very authentic food - the lamb and veal dishes are excellent. Pasta is great too. Decor is a bit corny, but it's fun. Service is friendly and timely.

Not only do you NOT CARE about your customers, you are rude, provide poorly cooked food quality, have outrageously expensive prices, and think it's OK to blame the customer for your short-comings and threaten to call the police! Not even a change of wait staff, kitchen staff, or promotional advertisements can make this restaurant palatable. It's trouble and offensiveness from the top down! I will NEVER return to your business nor any future businesses you may own. I will make sure ALL MY FRIENDS and local contacts know NOT to patronize any of your businesses I definitely. I was beyond disappointed, infuriated, and regretful for ever having walked through your door last night.

Not crazy about the atmosphere. The food was O.K., but expensive for my taste. The Tiramisu was all fluff and no flavor. A good glass of wine for a reasonable price, but that's not enough to make me want to go back.
