Such nice office staff! Can't wait for the rest of my treatments!

Today is my first treatment at this center, so it make it's my first experience with spectrum psoriasis and Vitiligo centers. the staffs were very pleasant. However the equipment is old and part was falling out, further the protective eyeglasses handed to me to wear during the treatment were broke and the lens were dirty and unclean. Furthermore, I would expect the RN would explain what to be expected pre and post treatment instead of me have to ask every little questions.

The staff is professional and attentive. The facilities could improve, considering the price. I think that they're just starting, so I hope they invest on a better location and ambiance.

I was very happy with my visit. The nurse, Katherine was very nice and informative. Janet at reception was courteous and helpful. The reception area was neat and clean. I had a good and pretty painless session. I am looking forward to coming back!

I've only received one treatment so far. Can't really tell my results yet but , staff seems nice and friendly.
