My tip is to sign up now! Such a wonderful hour spent paddling with friends - felt like I was on vacation, except for the fact that it was cheaper and no travel required. Can't wait to go again.

I recommend trying stand up paddleboarding at least once. It was my first time and enjoyed the experience at the Cold Spring Harbor location. The instructor was helpful and the water was nice.
