The studio is nice and clean, staff is friendly. I enjoyed Thursday's 9:30 class with Sophia. I hope to go regularly.

I went to a gentle yin class and it wasn't as advertised. We did just a few Yin poses but it was mostly a vinyasa class that wasn't gentle. I ended up hurting my neck.
