Have only been to 4 sessions, but seems to help sinus problems--something I had not expected. Can't tell if I have lost any inches yet, but the experience is very relaxing and I leave feeling energized.

I really like the studio and will be extending my membership after this trial period! I think its a great addition to my traditional gym work outs, which I will also continue.
