I paid for full highlights...wasn't satisfied. Didn't even get what I paid for, plus I asked for only my ends to be trimmed and after a few cuts I realized I lost a couple of inches. Within two days I had purchased a root touch-up kit to do at home until I could get an appt elsewhere to fix the mess that was now my hair.
