Excellent way to get in shape. The instructors are great motivators during the sessions. The location is good but would prefer outdoors. Overall a great way to get fit in a recently short period of time. Highly recommended.

Dave should revamp his marketing style. There is to much to soon with little trust established. They always talked about measurements but they were never done.
