The guy that came out was very nice. I will probably call them back if other issues arise with our HVAC. I took a business card for future issues. Very friendly and professional.

A better description of what they are offering - a "check-up" and "tune-up" was what was described in the offer but in reality there was no "tune-up" involved and the price for only a check-up was really not much or a "deal".
