Owned by a veterinarian and staffed by a team of experienced equestrians, Providence Equestrian Center provides quality care for horses while teaching riders how to walk, trot, and canter. They do this during group and private lessons scheduled year-round in an 80”x140” covered arena or a 125”x275” outdoor arena. Providence Equestrian Center also hosts birthday parties, corporate events, and family reunions.

We had a great experience at the Providence Equestrian Center. I brought my two grandaughters. We were greeted by friendly staff and everthing was explained to the girls. They were also allowed to brush the horses after riding and spend extra time there. I would highly reccomend this center.

The horses were quite slow even though when I booked the class I told them we were 2 at least intermediate riders. We were in a class with small children and other people that clearly hadn't ridden before and the trail ride insisted of a member of their staff walking beside the lead horse and leading it around the outside of several corrals. I was told when I got my horse the he was very "pokey" and I spent most of my time trying to get and keep him in at least a trot.Needless to say since I have been riding for 50+ years I was expecting a much more lively time and it definately was not 1 1/2 hours.
