We took friends to Adobo who are not adventurous eaters. In fact, the man does not like Mexican food at all. They were amazed at how good the food was. They loved everything we ordered! To top it off, the maitre d' worked very hard to get us in at a time on Saturday night that seemed impossible. When we arrived, they took us straight to our table which was in a private room with one side open to the main restaurant. Perfect. Quiet enough for conversation, but open enough to feel a part of the main action. I have lived in 3 parts of Mexico, and the first time we tried Adobo Grill, I was shocked that his was the real upscale Mexican cuisine. This is a beautiful restaurant. You must order the Guacamole prepared at your table. Excellent.

The tableside guacamole is REALLY good - and made to your table's desired level of heat!
The house margaritas are smooth (almost too smooth) and are heaven after a long day. Our table had the flank steak and salmon - both were awesome. The churros & flan are worthy of a good plate licking as well! The service was great - Pedro took great care of us (four women).
Of course we'll be back!
