We were able to schedule an appointment quickly; the work was completed in a timely fashion and no attempt was made to try and make us purchase other services. Honest feedback was given, along with methods of fireplace care that would help maintain the life of the firebox and chimney. Much appreciated!

i was a little surprised the tech did all the work from inside the house. I assumed there would be a least an inspection of the cap and exterior.
