The staff were professional, curtious, and easy to work with. Rick, the operations manager, was flexible with my schedule and was able to get my duct cleaning scheduled quickly. The service professional who performed the cleaning was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. It feels so good to know my ducts are cleaned and my family can breathe clean air! I would definitley recommend them to friends and family!

They gave me the run around. The first appointment was not kept because of the miscommunication within the business. They also do not tell you everything up front on the phone. You are lead to believe that things are one price and its different when they arrive at your home.
