I walked in the store as a complete newby to bicycling. I was given a tour of the store, advice (when I asked) about the products, lots of contact information about local cycling groups - including mentor programs that I had no idea existed - and I was given LOTS of encouragement. I left thinking Circle City Bicycles would be my cycling "home" in the future.
