Clean studio, professional atmosphere. Make sure to pack light, no need to schlep too many things with you as you can only bring in a towel, mat and water--and that's OK! You'll be working up a sweat in no time. The class is intense so ensure you've properly hydrated before class--otherwise, it was a great experience. The studio opens and closes 30 minutes before each class so no need to rush to arrive too early if a first time student to register.

Extreme heat prevents you from doing Yoga. You body is fighting heat and cant focus. You are better off sitting in Sauna if you want to sweat but as far as doing Yoga, its torture and your body is too stressed.
