Only negative is those who book and answer the phones. They never calls to tell me they needed to reschedule my appointment. But the tech was great and explained a lot to me on what he was doing.

Of course they will attempt to up sell you. I did purchase more services, because I had drywall dust (finished my basement) throughout the house.

Great job on Duct Work. Not so much on dryer vent. Not sure a real 21 point inspection took place either for the furnace. He did offer to clean furnace (for extra charge) but wasn't pushy when I said no.

Not so much talking. He was very friendly, but they came earlier than we planned, which was ok, but I was working and had planned on allowing my 6 month old to be taken care of by my husband. But since he talked with my husband the whole time, I had to stop work and take care of my child instead of the original plan.

This service exceeded my expectations. My appointment slot was from 8am to 10am and the representatives showed up at 8:15 and were done around 9:30. They were very knowledgeable regarding this service and cleaned up everything when they were done. They actually fixed a vent that had fallen off awhile back. I highly recommend this service to anyone in the market.
