Call ahead and let them know you are coming. Give yourself a little extra time the first visit before your class starts to get the tour and get your paperwork done. Be ready to sweat. This is a great school with great instructors and students.

Great workout. Knowlegeable instructors make the training fun and effective. Josie at the desk makes you feel welcome and belonged. Great place!

This place is awesome! Great trainers that get you active and involved. You don't waste time with drilling pointless techniques over and over. It's straight to the business of self-defense!

Very friendly staff greeted us at the door. The instructor was amazing. It was our first exposure to Krav Maga. She broke it down so we could understand the reason for a specific technique. The class was fast paced, fun, and informaive. I couldn't belive how quickly the time went. (Everyone seems to wear black.)
