Celebrating its 17th year, BBQ Rib Fest invites thousands of visitors to enjoy over twenty tons of brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and chicken as they dance to live blues and rock bands. The spread of saucy smoked meats delights any palate, as award-winning cooking teams from restaurants such as Timmy's BBQ, Low and Slow, and Jack on the Bone dish up slow-smoked feasts. An enormous canopied terrace on the grounds of Headwaters Park keeps crowds dry in case of impromptu water balloon storms.

The bands were awesome! Look at all vendors and menus for pricing and food preference before buying. Usually the vendors with the longest lines have the best food. Ask if you can taste before buying.

Carolina Ribs were awesome! Take in some sights downtown before you go, but be prepared to stay awhile for the music!

We paid admission which I don't know what it was for and in addition Sunday no one verified admission. Not a pleasant experience. We did eat and no problems with the food. Overall experience was not impressed would not return again.
