Be prepared to walk a lot. It's spread out over a huge area. Great event if you like cars, modified cars, hydraulics, loud stereos, and music!

Slamology unites automotive enthusiasts for a multi-day celebration of artistic and mechanical ingenuity. Participants bring in customized muscle cars, trucks, motorcycles, lowriders, and more to Lucas Oil Raceway and display the vehicles for judges and spectators alike. Visitors can wander the grounds and marvel at the modified suspension systems, artistic paint jobs, and customized interiors while judges distribute awards. Slamology will also feature special events such as hydraulics demonstrations, triple sanctioned 3X world record car audio contest, and even automotive limbo. Throughout the entire event, live bands entertain crowds with eclectic metal, rock, and funk performances.

The event was very disorganized. Parking for visitors was a mess. While I understand music is essential, it was blasting so loud I couldn't have a conversation with my husband. We won't go back.

Very unorganized. ..only 2 very overpriced food vendors. Activities did not start on time and poorly ran. Not enuf variety of cars and poorly set up...took friends to see this one ... all of us first time there..none of us would return! BORING!!!
