They were supposed to be at my house at 1 o'clock...they did not arrive until 4:45. The machine he (only one person showed up) used did not even have any kind of scrubbing device on it. He did not move any furniture, even though we had already moved most everything out of the way. About 2 days after the cleaning, all spots were visible again, as if nobody had ever cleaned it.

It was an ok cleaning. The service person was very nice but I had to leave several messages to get an appointment set. Then they missed the first appointment and I had to call them to find out what had happened. We were able to reschedule for the next day.

My carpets are still dirty in the high traffic areas and the smell left behind was unpleasant.
