Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is pretty tight in the structure, but you wanna consider everybody needs parking as well.

My go to parking spot near LAX. Rates are reasonable, staff is friendly, & very helpful! I was a few minutes over my reservation time picking my car up & I was not charged any additional fees! I have parked here a few times & will return again.

They should be more clear about parking instructions and let people know they can only use 5-7 floors for 405 parking. Other than that great experience - great drivers, convenient app. Will definitely use again.

Great price and the shuttle is on time. Sometimes have to wait at the airport, but if you use the card they give you and call when you're at baggage claim, they know you are there. Have used many times.
