It is a great environment with very friendly and helpful people! The expectation is that you work hard every session, but don't be intimated. As long as you are pushing yourself you will be fine no matter what your starting fitness level is.

My son had some GREAT soccer training at Fit2Live. This is the first time I have been able to go. There is a vibrant atmosphere and caring trainers. Good place!

I absolutely LOVE Fit2Live. The trainers are hilarious and motivating...(and HOT!) The music is great, the facility is amazingly unique and unpredictable and it's locally owned. The workouts were original and energizing. I have never been so motivated to work out.

The instructors are nice people and push us physically, but a little more enthusiasm and maturity would be nice. Otherwise a positive experience.
