Very quick and well-done installation.

Need better customer service. When I picked up my car after the installation, I was never told about how the radio did not fit properly and the face plate would not go on, the radio was just installed without the face plate leaving a gap around the radio. I later found the face plate shoved inside the box the radio came in. Without the face plate it looks like someone tried to rip the radio off, and left it sticking out in the dash. It would have been nice if someone at Gold Star would have explained to me the problem with the installation, even after I spent the extra $43.00 for the harness and install kit. The only good thing was when I called Gold Star back to complain, they were willing to work out a solution, but it would cost me some more $. Well I guess you get what you pay for, so for $143.00 you can't be picky. I ended up gluing the face plate to the radio to make it look like a better installation, however, now I cannot remove the front face of the radio.

They had zero customer service and were rude to my wife and I. When I walked in they didn't even say hello just wanted keys and installed. Their work is good but I would rather get good installation where the people are friendly and act like they like the job. When I asked about other products, the guy took a phone call and ignored me. So I walked out. The sad part is I would have bought items for my truck here because the prices are not bad at all...but service was below standards.

rude service, they were very short with me about my stereo. Also I had to come back after waiting for 3 hours during my first appointment because even after I had told them my make/model/year they did not have the correct unit to fit my dash. On top of that they snuck in an additional $30 charge for parts.
