In first visit you get the idea. There was 20 mins free message with it. But I could not get the appointment on same day. This is available from.monday to Friday. I have tried some yoga surya namaskara for back pain from youtube and lot of water and I started feeling better in 2 days. I got some sessions scheduled for next 4 weeks, I am hoping, this will improve my back pain.
