They were super nice! I got there and they were ready for me (since it was by appointment) they took my car let me know how long it was going to be and stayed true to the voucher. No surprise charges (as long as you take the time to read, which people don’t smh) they helped me out with questions I had about my battery and the sound of my engine. They didn’t pressure me to fix anything extra.

I appreciate the professionalism, integrity and honesty of the employee David with whom I worked. He made sure I understood why my tires were not ready to be rotated, even after 5,000 miles, and why my 4.5-year-old battery was testing weakly. Their waiting room is comfortable and attractive. I'm grateful to the Auto Shop for servicing my aging Camry with TLC.
